If for any reason you
are not satisfied with your purchase, return unused merchandise
within 30 days for exchange or refund (excluding delivery charges).
Use the Return Shipping Label attached to Packing Slip or Invoice.
Packing Slip or Invoice must accompany return to insure proper
credit. Give package to any UPS driver or drop it off at the nearest
UPS Drop Box, UPS Pickup Location, UPS Customer Counter, UPS Retail
Store, or UPS Authorized Shipping Outlet. Customer is responsible
for all shipping charges if returned via carrier other than UPS
(United Parcel Service). |

* These are standard boots with a beautiful outside that makes them look like Santa's boots. Like regular boots, they slip on. They do not have zippers or velcro and should you have any difficulty in putting on boots, have a high instep, or use any type of podiatric inserts or devices, these boots are probably not for you.
